General Terms

Payment
A deposit of 50% will be taken for bookings to secure an apartment. The deposit is payable at the time of making the reservation. The balance of payment are due 30 days before arrival. 

Cancellations 
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@centurycityapartments.co.za . Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. CCAPS does not guarantee that emails sent to it are received. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.
Cancellations may be liable to the charges outlined below. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover. 
Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt. 
If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, a R 500 cancellation fee will be charged.If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
