ALL cancellations received Prior to 60 days 25%of deposit will be retained. Prior to 30 days 50% of deposit will be retained Less than 30 days 100% of deposit will be retained. For short stays made during High or Peak periods - full payment will be requested. * Short stay - deemed as 1 or 2 night occupancy. Non arrivals during High or Peak periods will be held responsible for the full amount.
