Malaika Lodge is an ideal retreat to enjoy either an adventurous or a tranquil stay in South Africa. The lush gardens, the stunning mountain views and the relaxing saltwater pool with bar area will provide you the soothing atmosphere you are looking forward to.
 
The suites and cottages are furbished to suit all your needs and all have big en-suite bathrooms with spa-baths to spoil you to the fullest extent.

The cottages also have a separate kitchen to completely secure your privacy.
 
The cozy communal living in the main house has a big fire place to give you a warm and homely feeling in winter and to serve as an evening lounge area in both summer as winter.

The kitchen area in the main house is fully equipped for everyone's needs and gives access to the laundry facilities. The lodge has a secured parking area on the premises for rental cars.
 
The pool area has an extensive sunny terrace for 
your leisure and from the bar next to the pool you can enjoy your exotic cocktails or other ice-cold drinks to keep you cool.

Our lodge is conveniently situated within walking distance of the sandy Hout Bay beach, all kinds of shops and very nice bistro's and cafes. The fishing harbor is also an attraction of its own where you can find different boat tours and delicious seafood restaurants.

For your convenience and pleasure we can organize on your behalf a number of tours and trips, such as boat trips, game fishing trips, motor tours, hiking tours, quad riding, golfing tours, paragliding and horse back riding.

Should you have any other request for tours and trips, we will be happy to accommodate you
within reason.

We can also assist you in renting a car or other transportation.
