The Beach Hotel offers a full buffet breakfast: fruit cocktail; fresh fruit; yoghourt, cereal, muesli, fruit juice, freshly backed muffins, cheeses, grilled mushrooms, fried tomatoes, grilled sausages, fried bacon and eggs to your order
Enjoy your summer sea food lunch in the cooled dining room. Grilled calamari, Norwegian Salmon salad, savory rice. Sandwiches, salads and quiches and comprehensive picnic baskets available on request. Rolls, croissant, assorted crackers, assorted cold meats, mixed cheeses, assorted fresh fruit, fruit juice, dry wors, small chicken salad, packet potato crisps, dinky wine, paper plate, plastic knife/ fork/ spoon, paper serviettes makes up the basket.
The Beach Hotel offers French; Greek; Roquefort and 1000 Islands Salads as well Chicken and Norwegian Smoked Salmon salads.
A variety of soups are served at the Beach Hotel, the pea and ham soup and Thai prawn soup are favorites. The snails in garlic, butter and blue vein sauce is a culinary delight. For hot summers days an Avocado Ritz is delightful. Fresh baby calamari grilled in olive oil with lemon juice and spices is always a welcome treat. Our chicken liver peri-peri is is pan fried with garlic, lemon and a blend of brilliant spices.
