UNIT ONE
This spacious apartment is in the lower half of a mountainside villa that offers beautiful views of the ocean and sleeps up to 6 people.
Accommodation:
2 double bedrooms.
2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi bath and shower, the other with a bathtub and hand held shower.
Living room with two double sofa beds.
Dining room.
Fully fitted kitchen includes oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer and all crockery and cutlery and separate fridge and freezer.
All linen and towels, table cloths and serviettes provided.
Everything is provided for the perfect self catering holiday. Outside you can enjoy the pool deck with fabulous views over the ocean within a lush, tropical garden with swimming pool, 4 lounger chairs and cushions and small table and large outside table for dining purposes with 6 chairs and cushions. There is also a braai/barbeque provided. It is the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner whilst admiring the stunning views.
The outside area is part of the enclosed property with terrace and deck in a very safe area.
Rates for longer stays in the winter season can be negotiated.
UNIT TWO
Stylish little apartment suitable for one person or two people sharing a double bed.
Located at the back of the property with own side walk and entrance. Outside table and chairs in little courtyard especially for this unit. Recently refurbished and decorated with the theme of the sea, all you hear at night are the waves. The property is in a cul de sac road with very little traffic and virtually none at night.
Accommodation:
Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps. wardrobe, large chest of drawers, small table and three chairs.
Small table tray and crockery, pots and pans and cutlery as well as oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer.
Bathroom consists of shower unit, toilet and washbasin.
All linen and towels, table cloths and serviettes provided.
Guests have use of garden furniture and table and chairs and of course, the swimming pool.
The outside area is part of the enclosed property with terrace and deck in a very safe area.

Recently renovated double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which has a Victorian bathtub with both hand shower and overhead shower.
Double wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables.
Guests also have use of pool, garden and maid service.
