Booking Terms & Conditions : A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance to be paid on (or before) arrival.

Cancellation Policy : A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled in writing 30 (thirty) days or more prior to arrival AND after the apartment has been re-let and occupied for the period of your booking. A 20% administration fee will be charged on a refund . A cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of your booking will be charged in high season, and 25% in low season.
