Cancellation Policy
The Hotel must be notified of cancellations and reductions in rooms as early as possible, however, no later than specified below:    
15 - 30 days before arrival:    A deposit / cancellation amounting to 15% of the total nights per room will be applicable.
8 - 14 days before arrival:    A deposit / cancellation amounting to 50% of the total nights per room will be applicable.
7 - 0 days before arrival:    A deposit / cancellation amounting to 100% of the total nights per room will be applicable.
No shows and early departures:   Will be charged at 100% of total nights per room reserved.
The Hotel reserves the right to release non-guaranteed reservations at 18H00 on the date of arrival.
