General Terms
Deposit refunds are at the discretion of the owners, who will take into account the season and the ability to re-let the cottage for that booking period. Should the cottage be re-let for the full booking period, a full refund of the deposit less R200-00 handling fee, less applicable bank charges, less/add foreign exchange rate differentials, will be made within 30 days of the last day of the said booking. Should the cottage not be let for the full booking period, those lost days will be deducted from the deposit. Payment for the full booking period (less the deposit) will be required on arrival; and no refunds will be made for early departures.
