General Terms
All bookings will only be confirmed once proof of deposit has been received.
A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is to be paid within 48 hours of booking. Accommodation bookings will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or “non-arrival” up to 4 weeks prior to your booking,
Late cancellations (0-7 day’s prior to accommodation booking), or no shows forfeit 100% of the cost of accommodation bookings.
Any refunds will incur service charges.
The balance of payment is to be made before or on arrival.
Keys will not be handed over unless the balance is paid in full.
