C A N C E L L A T I O N  P O L I C Y: Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit. Cancellations made 15-21 days prior to arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made 22-28 days prior to arrival date forfeit 25% of the deposit. Cancellations made further in advance than 28 days to arrival date will be refunded the deposit. There will be no refunds for early check outs and Non Arrivals will be responsible for the full amount of the booking Check out time is no later than 11 am on day of departure Check in time as from 14h00 on the day of arrival
