Additional Notes, Rules and Indemnities "    Check-in time for Guests is after 14h00 on day of arrival and check-out time on day of departure is before or latest 10h00. "    Should Guests wish to arrive before 14h00 or depart after 10h00; this will strictly be subject to Day Visitor rates of R50 per person extra, which will enable Guests to enjoy the resort facilities including swimming, fishing, braai areas, etc. "    In addition to the accommodation amounts, a R500 refundable deposit is also payable upon check-in for keys, remotes and breakages which Guests may remit in cash, or if preferred may also be paid directly into our bank account in advance by bank transfer. "    Such deposits for keys, remotes and breakages will be refunded on check-out after return of all keys and remotes after Vaal Streams has ascertained that all is in order, i.e. no losses, breakages or damages to property. Such deposits made via bank transfer will likewise be made via bank transfer after check-out. "    As this is a self-catering facility, Guests need to please bring their own bedding, towels, food, toiletries, detergents, wood, charcoal, gas etc. "    Bedding can be provided at an optional extra once-off fee of R50 per person for the full duration of the reservation period "    Wood, charcoal, basic food items including milk, bread, cool drinks, snacks, braai packs etc. are for sale at the Vaal Streams shop located on the premises for the convenience of Guests - but subject to stock availability. "    As members of FOSAF, Vaal Streams is environmentally responsible and practices a strict policy of catch-and-release. Fish species include Yellow Fish (Largemouth and Smallmouth), Carp, Barbel, Mudfish, Moggel and Bass. "    Entry to Vaal Streams and use of any facilities and participation in any activities both on and off Vaal Streams premises are entirely at the sole risk and responsibility of Guests and their Visitors.
