Accommodation
Number 7
So named because our house in Johannesburg was No. 7 and, including our private bedroom, we have 7 bedrooms. This intimate room has a panoramic view across the valley from the bed or private patio.Guests staying in this room are usually late in for breakfast as they battle to get out of bed and leave the view.
The Room with a View
A large hexagonal-shaped room with deep terracotta-coloured walls, private patio with a magnificent view over the river below and valley beyond; even the loo has a view!
The Rose Room
Formerly the Tartan Room, which has recently had a complete make-over. An exceptionally quiet room, with a window onto the garden........close enough to the main house to get a whiff of bacon cooking in the morning!
The Camellia Room
This room has just recently had a major revamp with a new bathroom, including a super shower. It has been entirely redecorated with new carpets, curtains and beds. Underfloor heating has also been installed in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. Come and see and enjoy the luxury!
Named after the beautiful Camellia bushes outside the entrance. It has a large bay window in which you can sit, relax, read or do your make-up and enjoy the beauty of the garden. Access to the garden is via the recently installed French doors.
The Family Unit
As with the Camellia Room, this unit has just undergone a major revamp and now has underfloor heating, old Oregon floor have been resurrected and been totally redecorated, right down to sandstone tiles in the bathrooms.
Each bedroom has its own entrance and ablution facilities.
A lobby, with couch, TV and tea making facilities separates the two bedrooms for added privacy.
There is a small private garden section for added privacy.
There are NO self-catering facilities in The Family Unit.
