The house and units overlook the Lions River, which meanders on through the Lidgetton Valley, on its way to Midmar Dam, some kilometers away. A path winds down the hill through tall trees, blossoms and bush to the paddock below, the dam on one side and along the rushing river

In winter and on misty summer evenings, crackling log fires warm the lounge and dining room.
Bed & Breakfast tariffs for 2007:- R325 to R355.
Singles rates:- normally applicable on weekends only; please request rate when enquiring.
Three course Dinners are served on request at R105 per person. Tea or coffee is included and dietary preferences are allowed for. B & B rates for children under 12 are a percentage of the adult rate, according to age. 12 year olds full adult rate. Dinners for children calculated on the same percentage basis; over 12's pay full rates.
We can arrange special tariffs for fully inclusive accommodation, longer stays or groups.
To keep this establishment in line with internationally accepted practices, guests are requested not to smoke indoors. Thank you
We have a liquor licence and keep a limited range of refreshments; please advise beforehand if you have any particular requirements.
The thatched accommodation comprises four double en-suite bedrooms and a Family Unit with two double en-suite bedrooms. All rooms are individually decorated, not inside the main house and have separate entrances.
All have tea and coffee-making facilities, heaters and hair driers. TV's are available on request for SA TV in rooms. DSTV programs can be viewed in our private lounge.
Services offered include laundry, telephone, fax, email and computer.
Our venue is ideal for small tour groups visiting the Berg and the Midlands Meander.
