To secure a booking we do require the required deposit to be paid into our bank account or by Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy:
Should guests cancel more than 14 days before arrival 75% of the deposit will be re-funded.
Should guests cancel 7-13 days before arrival 50% of the deposit will be re-funded.
Should the guests cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival NO refund will be granted.
A minimum of R125-00 will be levied for admin purposes on ALL cancellations.
NO late check-ins without prior arrangement!
