General Terms

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation booking is required to confirm all direct reservations if multiple nights are required. 100% deposit required if one night's reservation is made. Upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, Chill Inn will confirm the reservation in writing. A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit or payment as required is not received by the due dates. Should any reservation be cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply as follows: 25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 28 days and less prior to arrival 50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days and less prior to arrival 75 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival 100 % cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days and less prior to arrival or no show. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details. Chill Inn will refund the applicable amount with in 30 days.. Please note: Deposits paid via electronic transfers must be confirmed in 48 hours or booking will be canceled. Other terms and conditions: Check-in time is from 14h00 Check-out time by 10h00.
