CANCELLATION/ AMENDMENT POLICY All cancellations, additions and amendments must be made in writing. Cancellations/ amendments are subject to the following conditions: 1.30 days prior to arrival the agent has the right to cancel or amend the tour. 2.15 days prior to arrival the agent has the right to cancel 10% of the rooms being held up to that date without any cancellation fees being incurred. If, within less than 15 days of arrival, more than 10% of the allotment is cancelled Buffalo Hills reserves the right to charge for all accommodation, meals and VAT for the period of stay 3.In circumstances where Buffalo Hills is in a position to accept another confirmed reservation, Buffalo Hills shall have the right to request the operator to confirm unsecured reservations not more than 30 days prior to the arrival of the proposed tour. The operator shall, within 48 hours of the advice, then be required to confirm the reservation or to cancel the tour altogether. 4.In the case of any refunds, there will be an admin. fee of 10% with a minimum of R100-00 5.Buffalo Hills reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances eg: flooding, fire etc.
